Early 2000s Oscar de la Renta flared skirt with a blue and red bold all over floral print. The skirt has a hot pink grosgrain ribbon waistband and zips up the back. The textured cotton/viscose matelasse fabric has some weight to it but is also light due to the fitted pleated style of the skirt. In excellent condition, marked US 10 and fits like a US 8.
